BUYER:

The natural or legal person who approves this agreement and makes purchases from the website.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the website www.gelisimsoft.com owned by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number and sales price of the ordered product/service are stated in the order confirmation and invoice. All prices include VAT, and the payment method is determined during the order.

  • Software licenses and subscription services
  • Website design and development services
  • Custom software development projects
  • Technical support and maintenance packages

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

Digital products and software licenses are delivered electronically via email or through the user panel after payment confirmation.

Service contracts are executed according to the schedule specified at the project start date. Delivery times may vary depending on the project scope.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself/herself or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used:

  • Software licenses immediately performed electronically
  • Services customized according to buyer requests
  • Digital products that have been started to be used

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. All transactions are protected by 3D Secure security protocol.

ARTICLE 7 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

By approving this agreement electronically, the BUYER accepts that he/she has obtained preliminary information about the basic characteristics of the product/service subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, the delivery conditions and the right of withdrawal.

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes arising from this agreement.
