Return and Cancellation Policy

At GelisimSoft, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Below you can find the return and cancellation conditions applicable to our digital products and services.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:
- Services performed immediately in electronic environment (activated software licenses)
- Services that started before the withdrawal period expired with consumer consent
- Custom software prepared according to consumer requests or personal needs
- Digital content that has been started to be used
3. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Request Notification: Submit your refund request to info@gelisimsoft.com or through the customer panel.
- Review: Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and you will be notified of the result.
- Refund: Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellation
For monthly or annual subscription services:
- You must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before the next billing period.
- Payment is required for services used until the cancellation date.
- Your service remains active until the end of the prepaid period.
